Born from a Simple Idea

What if you could own a beautiful, well-built home — without the astronomical cost, the endless construction timeline, or being tied to one place forever?

Arcadevistahop was founded in 2019 in Amsterdam by a team of architects, engineers, and dreamers who believed that housing should be accessible, portable, and beautiful. We saw the rising cost of traditional construction across Europe and asked: there has to be a better way.

Drawing from Scandinavian design principles and European engineering excellence, we developed a modular building system that combines the strength of galvanized steel with the warmth of natural wood. The result is a home that can be manufactured in weeks, delivered anywhere in Europe, and assembled in days.

Today, over 450 Arcadevistahop homes stand across 12 European countries — from the Norwegian fjords to the Portuguese coast. Each one is a testament to our belief that everyone deserves a home they love, in a place they choose.
