1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website arcadevistahop.cfd and any products or services offered by Arcadevistahop ("Company"), registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Customer" refers to any natural or legal person who engages with Arcadevistahop for products or services.
• "Product" refers to any modular or portable home, structure, or component offered by the Company.
• "Quote" refers to a non-binding price estimate provided upon request.
• "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase agreement signed by both parties.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT, delivery, assembly, foundation work, and utility connections unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing is subject to specific configuration, delivery location, and site requirements.

4. Orders and Agreements

A binding agreement is established only upon the Company's written confirmation of an order and receipt of the agreed deposit. The Company reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required upon order confirmation
• A further 50% is due prior to delivery
• The remaining 20% is due upon completion of assembly

Payment terms may be adjusted by mutual written agreement. Late payments are subject to statutory interest under Dutch law.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical lead times range from 6–14 weeks depending on model and configuration. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Assembly and Site Requirements

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible, level, and prepared with appropriate foundations as specified by the Company. Any additional costs arising from inadequate site preparation shall be borne by the Customer.

8. Warranty

• Structural Frame: 25-year warranty against structural failure
• Exterior Cladding: 10-year warranty
• Interior Finishes: 2-year warranty
• Appliances and Systems: Subject to manufacturer warranties

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modifications, inadequate maintenance, or natural disasters.

9. Liability

The Company's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Customer. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and technical specifications — is the intellectual property of Arcadevistahop and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of confirmation, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value. After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable. Custom-configured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this website.
